"Cultural Sensitivity and Diversity" must be at the top of the mind when managing people from different parts of the world. Like in Asia and Africa region when we celebrate our success as a group we are comfortable hearing that "We" have succeeded even though I have contributed the most to the project, we usually share our success as a team. However, in the West, it is acceptable to demonstrate my own contribution and celebrate success individually along the team. So HR needs to be sensitive about the cultures to understand the people better.
