Globalizing brings a lot of benefits to an organization. For example, it can reduce traveling costs and communication costs, and also create the standard culture of the organization. 

One of the key features of global HRM is to deal with various challenges. GHRM would face unimaginable problems that had never occurred before. They need broader perspectives toward internal/external challenges.

Agree with you, if the HRM never come to the other country, he/she will face unimaginable problems that will happen based on the country culture and habit.
