Introducing a standard metric system is one of the adaptive approaches to GHR. Not only managers but also any level of employees share the same, apparent aspects of evaluation standards, and employees are evaluated using that system. It can prevent unnecessary conflicts between managers and employees, or the home country and the host country.

Decentralization is the key approach as well as the above. The wider an organization becomes, the more essential a headquarters office pays attention to locals. However, the case study mentioned, the headquarters office in a home country would strongly affect their decisions aside from whether it is done intentionally or unintentionally.

I agree. An adaptable approach to global HR can assist multinational corporations in making sure that their HR policies and procedures are sufficiently adaptable to meet the various needs of its employees across national borders.
