Alpha uses a geography centric approach, and this mining company prefers the local manager's understanding of the local market and environment. Alpha also promised to localize the labor force of overseas offices as much as possible. However, it is hindered by many reasons, such as the need for cost-effective offshore business model, which requires the implementation of most projects in India.
For my opinion its the same thing that i feel as well.
