While the local or native people might be familiar and understand people in their region best, the local might not be the most suitable person for the positions. I think Alpha company should select the talent worker prioritize on their abilities rather than race by using Geocentric approach. The person from third party country might not be the best to understand the local but the organization can train and support them to learn the local culture. But in order to do this, the HR department must closely learn the culture, political, law, and other different in the host country so they can train their employees right.
