HRM evolved from being a part of the domestic standpoint to an international standpoint because of globalization. As it enters the international market, many different people from different cultures and background may intertwine with each other and some of these needs or customs will also differ. Global HRM also requires companies to send their employees overseas for international experience while having to consider the employees' allowance which include salary and allowance to get used in an unfamiliar environment and their family's needs. External factors such as PESTEL also need to be considered when entering abroad such as labor laws and local taxes.
Key features of Global HRM include:
1) Training and Development of new employees so they are familiar with the procedures
2) Different Cultural Diversity between employees will help strengthen the bond and understanding between each other
3) Recruiting the right people for the right tasks increases work efficiency and workflow within a company
4)Compensation also is a key feature because this allows employees to fill satisfied when a task is completed and well compensated for but is not limited salary. It could also include praise and being well recognized.
