For example, hiring marketing employees but managers failed to give them proper information of the product/services and what is expected to achieve, marketers will not be able to perform well in their job.    

Providing resources and training for employee success is an essential aspect of effective people management. For instance, managers could offer workshops or online courses for skill enhancements. Commitment to growth and improving both individual performance and team dynamics, ultimately contributing to organisational success. Managers play a vital role in enhancing employee performance through training and guidance, such as workshops and mentoring sessions. Monitoring tasks closely aid in understanding expectations and areas for improvement, fostering productivity and job satisfaction.

Key components of effective people management includes leadership, clear communication, creating a positive work environment, fair conflict resolution, offering growth opportunities and collaboration with employees to achieve organisational goals. Motivating and equipping the team to thrive and contribute to overall organisational success is essential in practice.
