as i can see in thise case study that ALPHA computer company used polycentric approaching this global HR. They try to process driven performance and reward management systems, global mindset and strategic positioning of HR auger well in its evolution. Personally, i suggest to use adaptive geocentric approach. Because, this approach takes decision process is quick, simple and it's function observed all over the world
