Hi all,

As I see it, when a business or company grow and penetrate global market, it may need to recruit more employee and managed more people from different background, ethnic and culture. Hence, Human Resources Management (HRM) needs to evolve parallel with the grow of the company. This is because globalisation may increased the workforce diversity and cultural sensitivities which one company may have not experience before. Therefore, the company needs to create and adopt for the new human resources concepts to match the global requirements.

Global HRM is actually an evolution and expansion of a normal HRM in the context of global market. The key features of global HRM includes culturally diverse workforce, global talent pool, global knowledge based and other external features that needs to be address carefully by the HR team such as economic, political, social, legal, technological and ecological.
