In this activity, you will need to analyse the input through observation and listening by facilitating a discussion on the impact of empathic design on user satisfaction and product success. You will need to go through the below process:

1.      Observe and listen to people you work with- to learn about problems and opportunities

2.      Walk in another person’s shoes- Think of person and imagine what the person thinks about, how the person feels and why/ what this person does.

3.      Experience the day of person a person you lead

The objective of this activity is to understand how you will be able to analyse information gathered.
