Hi everyone! In this topic, I will introduce you to SPSS software which used to edit and analyze the quantitative data. First of all, download the software from Knowledge Base:

Follow the instruction to install SPSS software in your laptop. Open it and you will see how SPSS looks like.

After data are obtained through questionnaires, it needs to be coded, keyed in, and edited in SPSS. So, the first step in data preparation is data coding. Data coding is the process to assign a number to the participants’ responses so they can be entered into a database. For example, you wish to enter some categorical variables such as Gender into SPSS database. To know the steps to enter the data into SPSS, let’s watch this video:
