  • Providing the necessary support to employees will enhance their performance progressively.
  • Creating a positive workplace culture facilitates flexible work schedules, and giving employees appropriate recognition for their contributions inspires them to pursue personal development. 
  • KEY factors, such as assuring workers, conflict resolution, flexibility, Managing tasks with organization, and clear communication between and within teams, will lead to progressive development.

Aside from other elements, one key factor that I would like to emphasize is Trust. When team leads trust employees with their talents and provide appropriate feedback, it boosts work quality.

When Satya Nadella became CEO in 2014, Microsoft started encouraging a mindset focused on growth, empowering its employees, and embracing diversity. 

This change sparked new ideas, made Microsoft a leader in cloud computing, and made employees happier and more likely to stick around. It shows how focusing on people can really improve a company in fast-moving industries.
