HRM has involved into Global context due to the effect of globalization. Because of this Global HRM organizations should address challenges as these leads to a higher degree of of diversity and complexity. Key features or challenges can be divided into 2 types as internal and external.
- Internal - Managing global talent pool by recruiting qualified workers. Recruiting, training and developing Expatriates ( workers who work in foreign countries). Moreover, management of global knowledge base by being aware of companies intellectual capital.
- External - Political, Economical, Social and ecological effects. for an example companies should adapt to different labour laws, taxations and working hours.
