People management is the continuous process of utilizing a defined set of practices in employing, managing, empowering and expanding team members of the organization to reach their maximum potential while directing them towards the mission of the company.

Since people are frequently at the center of an organization, the leadership style of their leader is essential for a successful business. Retention, staff engagement, and company efficacy can all be improved with effective people management.

Failure to effectively engage with people management practices repeatedly causes projects to underperform and  miss targets and fail in relatively most areas of the management process. Hence the key components of people management also known as the Five ‘C’s help businesses to achieve the above-mentioned skills effectively.

1.      Create – Build a workforce for a better future.

2.      Comprehend – Understanding the people in your organization.

3.      Communicate – Opening channels and useful feedback.

4.      Collaborate – Collaborating smarter, faster, and stronger.

5.      Confront – Recognizing and optimizing differences.
