Imagine HRM like this:  Before, a company only had workers in one country.  So, HRM just had to worry about those workers.  But now, companies grow bigger and go to other countries!  Means HRM has to take care of workers from lots of different places and cultures. But this makes HRM's job harder.  They have to learn about cultural differences (how people do things differently), different rules in each place, and finding the best workers from all over the world (international talent management).


So, what does Global HRM do? 

   - Cultural Diversity: They make sure everyone from different places feels welcome and understands each other. 

   - Global Talent Pool: They find the best workers from everywhere!

   - Knowledge Sharing: They help everyone share what they know. 

   - Local Compliance: They follow the rules in each place. 

   - Global Strategy: They help the company grow bigger and stronger all over the world.
