When businesses enter into international market, globalisation of HRM occurs as in each country, the company needs HRM and in each country, many aspects and especially culture is different. The approach would be to analyse based on PESTLE - political, economical, social, technological, legal and environmental as every country's element and situation would be different. HRM should be in line with the locality. There's no one size fits all but adjustments and optimisations on the HRM approach could be done.
