When it comes to SHRM, few top hr managers are unfamiliar with it.  Most people register to become a member to study and gain what is known in the industry as the gold HR pass shrM-CP or SHRM-SCP.  "SHRM can provide satisfying answers to the challenges HR faces, such as rising labor costs, attracting, deploying and retaining talented people, which are critical to enterprise survival and development."  When it comes to SHRM, the global HR elite is not without praise.
