By adopting SHRM, the organization can react and anticipate faster on the current needs or trends of market and enhancing their competitive advantage among the competitors. The SHRM can also avoid unnecessary cost or disruptive surprise while achieving goals, making company goals as the focus of employees and more other benefits. I think that strategy or planning that can add value to a company is one of the main goals to achieve in any organization. Therefore, I think that embracing SHRM is not only self-interest of academics and HR professionals but more importantly they know that SHRM can add value to the organization and enhance the performance and growth of company.
