I agree that rapid business changes, global competition, and the shift towards emerging markets are key drivers of the HRM transition. The rise of a boundaryless workplace demands that HR focus on cross-cultural collaboration and diverse, high-performing teams. Data-driven decision-making and the use of HR analytics are essential for aligning talent strategies with business goals. Additionally, the evolving role of HR as a strategic partner requires developing leaders who can manage innovation and adaptability.
