The concept of HRM has evolved through various stages of Industrial revolution, trade union, scientific management, Behavioural  science and human relations. Hence, the concept HRM has gradually replaced the term Personnel Management. The HR professionals who understand these roles are leading their organizations in areas such as organization development, strategic utilization of employees to serve business goals, and talent management and development.

  • Enforcement of Disciplinary Actions. 
  • Employee Records. 
  • Continued Education.
