Based on the case study, Alpha has adapted quite by focusing on a decentralised leadership and implementing non-hierarchical methods. The goal is the encourage their employees and advance within the firm, which I believe is the best approach that can be done.
Although Alpha believes implementing a poly-centric approach is best in hiring and understanding the way of working in the country, some managers believe they are influenced by an Indian-centric approach in decision making.
