Global human resource management is a process of recruiting, allocating and effectively utilizing employees in international business. Global HRM needs to identify and understand how to manage employees of the company who is working abroad. One of main tasks is to act accordingly to the company`s interests as well as selected countries` laws, culture, environment etc. They must provide trainings for the staff and help them to adopt to the new environment. Moreover, HRM must follow the organization policies such as respecting people, treating them fairly without any discrimination and not to forget about people`s rights.
