Based on the case study it can be said that Alpha is doing great, but they are still facing some challenges and have a space for improvements. Currently they are using poly-centric approach of IHRM. Their subsidiaries in other countries can independently develop a strategy based on the market needs of the host country, but at the same time their managers believe that the decision-making process always more India-centric than global.
I would personally recommend to their global HR to implement the geocentric approach. By adopting this approach, they will be able to find the best employees regardless of the location. Moreover, it will give the equal opportunities to every employee of the company.
