Effective people management is one of the most important leadership skills. This is especially true during this time of uncertainty (i.e. post Covid recovery, the Great Resignation wave, hybrid work arrangement, etc.). To reduce employees' anxiety associated with uncertainty and to ensure that they feel valued by the organisation, it is paramount that every managers should be equipped with good people management skills and knowledge to drive the business forward.
