Globalization, expanding geographic markets, and increased competition are the three major causes for the recent shift in HRM. We may see from these three reasons that global mobility is an HRM issue. There is a talent solution to these problems, and HRM has to recruit and educate more local employees with the same quality as other branch companies. Employees that understand the local environment will be able to provide long-term business objectives to the organization.
