Yes. The challenges that have been brought forth by globalisation, economic downturns, rapid technological advancement, flexible workforce, competitiveness arising from emerging and transitional countries call for strategic, long-range human resource planning and management.


These are unprecedented challenges, so their require a proactive approach as opposed to a reactive approach to human capital and intellectual capital attraction, retention and development for business growth.
