For learner feedback > always have checked the point in between lessons to get feedback, do some quizzes or games to assess the student's understanding and ask questions to encourage them to share their ideas on the topics.

In common practice, we "read" the learners' facial expression to know whether they need checking or not. We may plan a few activities or quizzes within our slides, but it is always good to keep them on their toes by constantly throwing ad hoc questions just to check on them.
