I think what this Indian multinational company does well is: decentralization, distributed leadership, employee empowering and non-hierarchical work environment, every employee in the organization is known as an 'associate'. Their way of rewarding employees is not money but to give employees a sense of self-achievement. They also have extensive ongoing training programs to fully empower employees. of realizing their potential. They have flexible and sophisticated metrics, the metrics are built around five outcome measures (5R’s) and six built measures (6 P’s). The emphasis on human resources is an important reason why the company has become a successful multinational enterprise.
