For Learner Feedback > I tend to like doing short quizzes after a topic (that students can self-check), or talk to students (whether they got what was delivered).

Another useful practice for me is to reflect & jot down in a notebook, or share with a colleague (on what went well & what could be improved).

Interesting pointers were shared by our dear colleague. There are a few ways to obtain the required feedback and reflections, and therefore, please do allow me to share a few perspectives from my side. Learner Feedback (Module based) : To gauge the overall of the module itself (Right after the majority of the classes were conducted), I would send a survey form to the students, and would also allow them to post their reflections or feedback via online platforms like Padlet (Or any other related platforms that can be utilized). This would also be applicable if one would require peer-to-peer evaluation. To gauge the students’ comprehension of a particular topic after the class, game-based learning activities can be deployed (Kahoot, Quizizz). Lastly, I would want to explore Gather Town, as a platform to conduct my teaching and to gain the necessary feedback or inputs from the class conducted on the said platform. 😊

Always have check point in between lessons to get feedback and opinion from students regarding the method and strategy in T&L.
