Metrics is the most common communication tool, those metrics are built around five outcome measures (5R’s) and six built measures (6 P’s).

Some recommendations to global HR for multinational companies:

1. Adapt the Alpha study, make everyone and staffs feel they are the CEO of the company, so that they will do extraordinary things to company without feel overwhelmed as they will get the same compensate as what they provide for the company.

2. In some of countries that is totally different, even the languages different. Global HRM should look for a good leadership, communicate and train them the basic ethics and compliance of the company, recruit 90% local staff (in this case study is China), and try to localized them into the local habit and culture.

3. Dive more deep into the markets, local staff benefits, etc. Staffs that feel valued by the company, willing to do more. GHR should become the first one who they can discuss with, and solve their problems.
