In discussing the recent transition in HRM, globalisation is the most important factor in various fields. As technology advances, we can make a deal in global/emerging markets instantly. Moreover, especially after COVID-19, many workers wish to work flexibly, and remote work has become a common working style around the world. It broadens our job choices, and we can work at an international company from anywhere. As a result, this trend would accelerate talent competition.

Considering the current situation, HR must pay more attention to their talents. Global mobility may bring a huge chance to gain an excellent talent to the company. In addition, HR should make continuous efforts to keep up with current business trends like digital transformation and the high demand for global talent. In conclusion, recent HR needs a global view and an employee-centerd view.
