It is better to recruit more local managers as they know the local environment and market. As permitted by local laws, organize all departments to implement a uniform policy to give employees a satisfactory performance incentive system.

for multinational corporations, it is inportant to recruit and manage employees from different countries and cultues around the world. need to motivate employees'work enthusiasm in diferent environmrnts.
