Academics and HR professionals are embracing SHRM because, when properly applied, strategic human resource management ensures that the organisation is working effectively, as a whole and as a team to reach organisational goals, giving businesses a greater chance to succeed. With this analysis, it is my opinion that there is a strong business case for the strategic approach to HRM.
