The current social and economic climate have caused HRM to transition from a local function into a globalised function.


Some of the causes are due to emerging markets, increasing globalisation and intensive competition. 

As such, HRM has transition to look towards global mobility and global resourcing of it's workforce in order to close the required skill gap and talent shortage throughout it's globalized operations.
