It is shown that Alpha is using Polycentric Approach on their global HR. They staff heavily from their origin company and at the same time align their management style with the local culture. Decisions that are made are also highly decentralized and the local managements are responsible on all the decisions for example compensation, policies and more. My recommendation for an adaptive approach to HR is a balanced Geocentric Approach to the MNC for their global HR. It provides great flexibility and will provide inclusivity and opportunities to the global stage.
