SHRM concerns about the long-term impact of HR practices on organzational performance. It also deals with creating balanced workplace where changes are embraced and also it helps in the development of employee engagement.

SHRM does not only involve recruitment, but also it leads to strengthened recruitment, imroved job-holder engagement , increased satisfaction and employee engagement. Therefore, Academics and HR professionals are embracing SHRM.
