Building a good organization may require the following key elements in people management:

1. Common objective- Enable the entire organization to move in the same direction and work together as one organization.

2. Employee training and Leadership development- Train to improve the skills and growth of employees and the development of managers with leadership abilities.

3. Smooth communication- Interacting and exchanging opinions with colleagues and superiors builds smooth interpersonal relationships and creates a comfortable working environment.
