Traditional HRM has shifted from its traditional practices to globalisation effected by the technology advancement and demographic change such as an aging work force ,(Millennials and Generation Z). this had led to evolution of HR functions and roles include global talent resourcing , leadership development and HR training  and skill development . HR functions and roles have evolved to address these challenges and opportunities .
