Conclusions from the case study

  1. The value of the Human resources for the company is highlighted and promoted by treating it as a key strategic partner. This is because employees are the company's most precious resource and may make or destroy its success.
  2. Engaging in localising the employees at the foreign office is referred to as international hiring. Local management have been shown to be better knowledgeable of the community's environment and marketplace.
  3.  It turns out that concentrating on employee happiness rather than the annual ritual of completing surveys is more important for tracking employees' progress and enables regular communication between managers and staff .
