Based on the lesson i have just completed they embraced SHRM because they wanted to find out about the conceptual clarity of SHRM and HR strategy, to know what determines whether an organization adopt SHRM and how the strategy is formulated. Also to find out the SHRM cjallenge and roles.

The strong business case for the strategy approach to HRM that they embraced is they identified the numbe of important themes associated with the notion of SHRM  as

  1. HR practices and performance
  2. Re engeneering organizations and work
  3. Workplace learning and
  4. To trade union
With some benefits of SHRM to business

  1. SHRM increases the number of feasible strategic options available in the company
  2. It contribute to the goal accomplishmrnt and survival of the company
  3. Supporting and successfully implementation of the business strategies of the company
