People Management

Without effective people management, it would be difficult to maximize employee productivity, regardless of the amount of raw talent they have. People are easily affected by one another, and a toxic working environment could prevent appropriate use of communications. For example, in a situation where one finds an efficient approach to completing tasks,  one may choose to focus on his/her achievements rather than the team's by not sharing about it. Aligning achievement goals and solving conflicts through people management may help an organization to work efficiently.
