When a business targets worldwide expansion, its human resources division should pursue expansion as well. First and foremost, the business should view HR as a strategic business partner and take into account its role at every level of strategy. Employees are without a doubt a company's most valuable asset because they have the power to determine its future success. The organization is considering the long future of their business by include HR in all strategic decisions. Next, the HR division needs to develop a global perspective and learn from its overseas operations. Instead of imposing ideals from the parent firm, this internationalization process will force HR to make decisions that best suit each of the company's subsidiaries.

Additionally, there must be management and coordination between the corporate headquarters and its divisions. It should be mentioned that every firm will have a different strategy for expanding globally, taking into account its values, management, resources, and other factors. The company's thinking and the HR department's strategic orientation, in my opinion, hold the key to a globally oriented HR.
