In this case study, I believe Alpha used a "Polycentric Approach" to maximise the participation of workers by allowing each person to be in charge of their own area of responsibility. At Alpha, cross-functional team exists, and the level of participation among team members is evaluated by collaboration index. In order to help employers hire the most competent personnel, irrespective of their nationalities, I will advocate a geocentric approach.
