The transition of HRM influenced by social elements may include the improved work ethic of an employee, the willingness to adapt to new ideas, as well as employee motivation. Since HR uses many strategic methods in planning, recruiting, selecting, hiring and further in training and development of an employee, it can be said that the transition on a global scale for HRM would be made easier as employees' well-being is taken care of, personal growth is promoted, work ethic and mindset is well aligned within that of the company culture. Secondly, the economic elements refers to all the economic factors which directly or indirectly affect HRM. These components includes suppliers, competitors, customers, and industrial labour. The economic and social status of today’s workers has vastly improved over the last decade. An Improved skillset among employees, matching educational backgrounds and sufficient training provided, as well as increased emoluments have made the industrial employment as a vital attraction for young job seekers. In addition to this, HR functions and roles has evolved from time to time. This evolution revolves around the trends of having a diversified work force, technological trends which focuses on technological innovation, as well as globalization and the natural changes in the nature of jobs and work in response to the external factors emerging from time to time. In addition, evolution can also been seen in HR as they look to further enhance their mobility programs focusing on having a transparent global talent mobility with continuous development, integrating talent acquisition with talent management as well as using analytics to further understand the global talent issues and possible solutions.
