Based on the case study, it can be seen that this company is using a Polycentric approach as they are ethnocentric and recruit locals to fill vacant positions in the host country. This helps the company easily reach customers and markets because employees are local and they understand the culture and market trends where they live. However, to be able to help organizations recruit the most talented employees and help globalize the work environment and company culture. I propose a Geocentric approach combined with a Polycentric approach. This can help the company still understand local culture and market trends while also absorbing new cultures to help employees become more open and creative.

Geocentric approach by hiring remote employee is very common nowsaday especillialy in IT industry to attract talents who don't want to relocate.

I agree with the proposal that combining a Geocentric approach with a Polycentric approach can enhance the recruitment of talented employees and promote a more globalized and creative work environment while retaining local cultural insights.
