HRM has evolved into global HRM due to globalization where the cross-border trading and technology is less restricted nowadays. Multinational organizations operate at different countries, HRM becomes more complex and challenging as management needs to address differences in legal systems, cultural diversity, and business practices across countries but yet still need to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
