In my opinion, while the adoption of SHRM may partly be driven by the self-interest of HR professionals and academics, its value to businesses is undeniable. SHRM proves its importance by providing organizations with strategic tools to adapt to modern challenges. However, its success depends on proper implementation, contextual adaptation, and leadership commitment.
