SHRM membership allows HR professionals to become experts on the most critical issues that affecting employees in this ever-shifting sector. SHRM is a career partner for HR professionals who depend on for support in the day-to-day roles. For both 'rational choice' and the 'constituency-based' perspectives, help explain why academics and practitioners are interested in linking the strategy approach to HRM. For example, in the 'constituency-based' perspective, it’s believed that HR academics and practitioners have promoted the SHRM to acquire better support for HRM as a subject of the study.
