In the new work world, human resources need to become one of the expansion priorities and influence. According to Deloitte's global human capital trends report, although human resources have made remarkable achievements in the past 10 years, progress is everywhere.
In view of the increasing importance of human factors in work and the continuous gap in human resources preparation, human resources will continue to be a unique function, and substantive or fundamental changes will take place in the next time. Change is coming. But how will that unfold?
