The broad field of human resources management is tasked with assuring the long-term development, training, and inspiration of employees. Traditionally, HR management has taken the lead in forging competitive and strategic advantages, but in the 21st century, HR management has become increasingly involved in strategic decision-making and has gone beyond the traditional boundaries of playing a supporting role in organizational operations.
In my opinion and based on the case study, it is crucial to comprehend that, even though there may be other factors why SHRM is introduced, I think that it is implemented to synergize the business and accomplish the end goal.
